TERMS

To make a booking please complete the booking enquiry form or phone us (0044-(0)7711-285892. We will respond within 2 days to confirm availability.

A deposit of 20% will secure your booking of selected dates. We will respond with receipt & confirmation of balance payable. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure when a request will be sent together with details for your arrival. A security deposit of £275/300 Euros is required at this time which is refundable subject to damages & breakages.

Number of guests needs to be advised at enquiry please & names at booking confirmation. Changes can be made up to departure point by agreement. Only named gusts may stay the appartment.

You will be met on arrival by our local representative who will welcome you to the apartment, hand over keys & check you are settled OK.

Please arrive after 15.00 and depart by 11.00. Should you need then we will try to be flexible. Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but again we will try & be flexible.

Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and within 2 weeks to 100% cancellation fee.

No smoking within the appartment please and no pets - sorry.
